Daniele has over 20 years of experience in Marketing, Sales and R&D in Europe and Asia. Before joining AEM, Daniele was Head of Global Marketing at Almatis GmbH and Evonik Industries. Previously, Daniele was President of Degussa NTECH in Italy, where he expanded the company's business internationally with a strong focus on Asia. Daniele brings extensive experience across the materials and chemical sectors and has a strong track record of successful product launches to increase revenues, developing and executing commercial and marketing strategies and expanding operations of marketing departments. He holds a PhD in Polymer Science and has business education in Marketing and Finance from the London Business School and Oxford Business School. Daniele is Italian by birth but has spent much of his working life in Germany and currently is based near Frankfurt.
